Session Abstract: Participants will learn from each other as we consider legal ethics across professional/national cultures, improving our ability to teach legal ethics in the context of student practice in internal clinics, externship clinics, and other field based experiences including pro bono programs. Using problems common to lawyers across the globe we will compare how lawyers resolve these dilemmas, and how we teach students about our resolution process. Effective ethics problem resolution helps develop professional identity in teacher and student
