Short Bio: Ms. Banerjee is presently pursuing her Ph.D. From Gujarat National Law University, India. She has completed her graduation from KIIT School of law with International Law Honours and completed her Masters in Transnational Law Specialisation from King's College London. She has qualified UGC NET and All India Bar Examination (AIBE). She was a student of the 2017 Private International Law course at The Hague Academy of International Law and was selected to study an academic course in SOAS, University of London and. She is the recipient of the prestigious Goodenough Commonwealth Scholarship, 2016. Apart from this she has also received grants from Asian Development Bank and IUCN Academy of Environmental Law to participate in a Train the Trainers Workshop in Colombo and present her paper in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur respectively. She was also invited as a speaker by Daffodil International University, Dhaka in their Summer School on Human Rights. Ms. Banerjee has contributed by publishing her views on various topics pertaining to International Law and other contemporary social and legal issues in various Journals. She has also presented papers in various National and International Seminars/Conferences on a varied subject like International Humanitarian Law, Women Justice, Environmental law etc.
